Android devices are very prone to this problem and hence Android device owners complain frequently that my phone won’t charge even when it is plugged into a power source properly. The reason behind the phone won’t charge or Poco X2 won’t charge are not very complicated and therefore, can be dealt with by you sitting at home.
There are a few problems that could be occurring – your device could be refusing to charge altogether, or it could simply be charging really slowly; sometimes so slowly that it’s actually using power faster than it’s gaining it. If you’re experiencing any of these problems then follow this article, here we have discussed a few options to fix when Poco X2 is Not Charging, keeps stopping or not working.
The issue could be that the phone is charging very slowly or it might not be charging at all. A phone not charging issue does not automatically mean that your battery is a dud or that the charger has conked off on you. While these might turn out to be the causes, chances are there is nothing wrong with your hardware that a little bit of tweaking cannot set right.
Fix, Poco X2 is Not Charging, Keeps Stopping or Not Working
Troubleshoot charging port and check accessories
If your Poco X2 started having charging paused error out of the blue, the first thing that you need to do is to see if there’s an issue with the charging port or accessories. This error can sometimes be caused by a faulty USB cable or adapter so if you haven’t checked yours yet, be sure to do so now. You can do that by using another official Poco cable and adapter or charging another Poco device using the current ones. Either way should help you tell if there’s a problem with your accessories.
Simple Reboot or Forced Reboot
Well, I think you already know how to restart your phone. So just restart the device and see whether it solves the issue or not. Restarting a device is always an ultimate solution for any issue. Not only Poco but this applies to every electronic device. I used to tell my mom to restart her device if she faces any issue with her smartphone.
