Luckily, we’ve shared a couple of possible workarounds for you that should gonna help a lot. Make sure to follow all the methods one by one until the problem gets fixed for you. Now, without further ado, let’s jump into it.
1. Turn Off Location and Turn It On
First of all, you should try turning off and on the location menu from your Galaxy Note 10 series to check for the issue again. Sometimes a temporary glitch can also trigger issues with the GPS access or connectivity. Just open the device Settings menu > Go to Location services > Tap on Standalone GPS services > If enabled, a checkmark box icon is present.
Make sure to review the disclaimer and tap on Agree to continue. Once the location service is turned on, wait for around a couple of seconds, and then turn it off again.
2. Check Location Settings

Now, locate and select the specific Google Maps app.
Then tap on Force stop and select Force stop again.
Tap on Storage > Select Clear data. [This option may not be available for some apps]
9. Reset Networking Settings

If system apps aren’t visible, tap on Show system apps.
Navigate to Settings on the device > Tap on General management.

- Ensure that the Airplane Mode is turned off and use the device for a while to check for the issue.
If in case, there is an issue with the device performance or the app is not responsive then make sure to uninstall the unnecessary third-party application straight away. Once done, reboot the device to boot into the system normally.
12. Perform a Factory Reset on Your Device
If none of the methods worked for you then make sure to perform a factory reset on the device by following the steps below. By doing so, you’ll be able to remove all the potential bugs or glitches from the system completely. Though your device data (internal storage) and installed apps will be deleted, it’ll be worth the sacrifice in most cases. We’ll recommend you to take a full data backup before following this method.
- Ensure the Galaxy Note 10 series device is powered off completely.
- Now, press and hold the Volume Up button then press the Power button until the Samsung logo appears.
- Then release the Power button only and wait for the recovery screen to appear.
